1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Timetable Studio's website (timetablestudio.app) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Timetable Studio provides cloud-based scheduling and shift management software for healthcare, education, industrial, security, and operations organizations. Our products include TS Health, TS Academic, TS Workforce, TS Guard, and TS Ops.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Use the service to store or transmit malicious code
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you input into Timetable Studio. We do not claim ownership of your scheduling data, employee records, or any other content you create within the platform. You may export your data at any time in standard formats (CSV, PDF, JSON).

6. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected.
• All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
• Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice.
• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if you are unsatisfied.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

The Timetable Studio name, logo, software, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Timetable Studio. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during your subscription period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timetable Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
